Seller FAQ
Do you buy raw (ungraded) comics?
Absolutely. We buy raw books in all conditions. We'll factor condition into our offer and can advise whether submitting for grading first would increase your return.
How do you determine what a book is worth?
We use current market data from recent CGC census sales, Heritage Auctions, eBay completed listings, and our own transaction history. We're transparent about how we arrive at every number.
What if I only have a few books?
We buy single books and small lots — not just large collections. If you have one key issue worth selling, we want to hear from you.
Do I need to ship the books first?
No. We make an offer based on photos first. You only ship (or meet us) after you've accepted the offer. We provide prepaid shipping materials for accepted lots.
How long does the process take?
Most sellers receive an offer within 24 hours of sending photos. Once books are received, payment goes out the same business day.
Do you travel for large collections?
Yes — for significant collections we travel anywhere in Texas at no charge. For very large estates outside Texas, we'll discuss travel arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
